The 112th Grey Cup festival in Winnipeg is being classified as ‘Canada’s Biggest Social.’
The official logo and slogan for Grey Cup festivities were unveiled Friday, giving all of Canada the chance to take in a “uniquely Manitoban tradition.”
“A Manitoban Social is more than just a party—it’s a beloved community tradition where friends, family, and neighbours come together to share great food and drinks, dance to live music, and enjoy an unforgettable night of fun,” said Barb Gamey, Festival Co-Chair, in a news release.

The logos focus on aspects related to Manitoba’s nature—the northern lights and pine trees found throughout the boreal forest—all while highlighting the blue and gold that make up the Winnipeg Blue Bombers' colours.
As part of the festivities leading up to the big game in November, there will be three free events for fans to enjoy.
The Wawanesa Street Festival will feature live music, food vendors and interactive experiences, the Telus CFL Fan Experience will give people the chance to meet some of the CFL’s greats and enjoy “immersive football experiences,” and the Canada Life Family Zone will have a variety of activities for people of all ages.
“The Grey Cup Festival is a chance for fans, families, and visitors to come together in a way that only Winnipeg can deliver,” said Wade Miller, the president and CEO of the Winnipeg Football Club.

As well, it was announced that the Manitoba Metis Federation and Treaty One Nations will be co-hosting the Grey Cup Festival with the Winnipeg Football Club.
With that, there are plans to highlight Indigenous culture throughout the entire festival.
“The 2025 Grey Cup Festival is more than just a celebration; it’s an opportunity to showcase and build our community while continuing to fulfill the Winnipeg Football Club’s commitment to working with First Nations, Inuit, and Red River Métis communities,” said Miller.
More details about the Grey Cup are expected to come in the future. Blue Bombers season ticket holders will be given first access to Grey Cup tickets when they are made available.
