Suspect arrested after Windsor police vehicles vandalized

A Windsor man faces charges after four police vehicles were vandalized while parked outside Windsor Police Service headquarters.

According to police, the vehicles parked on Goyeau Street had their tires slashed at approximately 2 a.m. on March 19.

When police reviewed video surveillance, they identified the suspect as a 53-year-old man from Windsor.

The next day, officers located and arrested the suspect in the 200 block of Elliott Street West.

He has been charged four counts of mischief under $5,000.
