Police in Chatham are advising the public of a training exercise taking place Wednesday.

The “scenario based” training will be taking place at 426 Lacroix St at the former Ursula school.

Police said people in the area will see a “noticeable increase in police presence in the area throughout the day.”

The activity is part of a planned initiative to enhance emergency response preparedness.
