Pelee Island has passed its 2025 budget.
The decision on Tuesday night will see a 4.13 per cent tax increase.
According to Mayor Cathy Miller, that works out to an additional $155.49 on a residential property assessed at $223,000.
The budget includes funds for airport improvements, a new official plan, emergency repairs including any issues that may arise with the shoreline, water stations and road repairs.
In 2024, council approved a 5.5 per cent tax hike.
