A 41-year-old man has been arrested by the Windsor Police Service for allegedly violating bail conditions.
The man was granted bail in October on multiple firearm related charges. Those charges included seven counts of possession of a firearm while prohibited, three counts of possession of ammunition while prohibited, and uttering threats to cause death, among others.
Bail conditions consisted of house arrest at the suspect’s home in Kingsville.
The WPS said an investigation was launched, looking into potential breach of bail conditions. On Friday, the suspect was arrested in the 2000 block of Ottawa Street.
He now faces a charge for failure to comply with a release order.
