Missing girl in Prince Rupert found

Police in Prince Rupert, B.C., have found an 11-year-old girl who had been missing since Tuesday.

According to a release issued by Prince Rupert RCMP, the girl was last seen around 9 p.m. when she left her home to visit a friend.

The girl was located “safe and sound” Mounties said in a release Thursday.
