An 81-year-old man from Saskatoon succumbed to injuries from a crash near Hanley on Wednesday.

At around 1:50 p.m., Saskatoon RCMP responded to a report of a collision on Highway 11, about one kilometer north of Hanley, RCMP said in a news release.

Investigators say an SUV and a truck collided. The 81-year-old passenger of the SUV was transported to hospital by STARS. He was later pronounced dead. His family has been notified.
