Ottawa paramedics transported a teenager to hospital after they were struck by a vehicle in Nepean on Tuesday afternoon.
The Ottawa Police Service reported a collision on Viewmount Drive near the intersection of Glenridge Drive near Merivale Road at 3:47 p.m. in a post on X.
A paramedics spokesperson says a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle.
A 17-year-old was transported to CHEO in stable condition. Police say their injuries were minor and non-life threatening.
Police closed off the area to vehicles for several hours while an investigation occurred. The roads have since reopened.
An investigation is ongoing.
