An overturned tractor-trailer forced the closure of Highway 416 south of Ottawa Thursday morning.
Emergency crews responded to the single-vehicle crash in the northbound lanes of the highway, just south of Oxford Station, just after 4:30 a.m.
Ontario Provincial Police said the double-trailer unit rolled over, blocking the highway.
Photos posted on social media showed the tractor-trailer on its side, blocking both lanes of the highway.

No injuries were reported.
The northbound lanes were closed for several hours while crews removed the truck and cleaned up the debris.
The highway reopened at 9:30 a.m.
Police continue to investigate the crash.
