A 21-year-old northern Ontario resident is facing several charges – including impaired driving – after a traffic stop in Kapuskasing last week.
On July 19 at about 2:30 a.m., members of the James Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment conducted a stop “on a pickup truck that was generating a large amount of black exhaust smoke” in a parking lot on Riverside Drive in Kapuskasing.
