Maison McCulloch Hospice finds new support With a generous donation, Sudbury's Maison McCulloch is set to launch a care-a-thon to increase revenue.

SUDBURY — A Sudbury-based hospice is getting set for a new fundraising opportunity after months of lost income.

The Maison McCulloch Hospice is getting prepared for its first ever Care-A-Thon to help bring in much needed revenue.

It's being made possible by a generous donation from the Sudbury Regional Police Association, which committed $10,000 to sponsor the event.

It is set to be held on Pure Country 91.7 radio on July 8 from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The goal is to raise an additional $25,000, which staff say is needed to primarily cover operational costs.
