One person has been charged following a two-vehicle crash in Huron County.
The crash happened Thursday evening at the intersection of Gore Road and Loyal Line in the Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh, when police said one of the drivers failed to stop for a posted stop sign.
Injuries were non-life-threatening.
While police couldn’t confirm what led to the crash, officers are highlighting the ‘Stay Focused’ campaign that is currently running, reminding drivers to put down cell phones and pay attention to the task of driving.
In an incident on Friday morning, OPP said a police cruiser was struck from behind on Highway 401 near Merlin Road.
The 20-year-old driver is facing multiple charges.
