Record breaking warmth is being felt right across the region Wednesday, hitting a daytime high of 18 C — the record back in 1945 was 16 C.
As we head into the afternoon we are seeing us some light clouds pushing through, said Reta Ismail.
“It’s in advance of a low pressure system, and it’s a big one as it pushes through tonight into tomorrow. We are going to be dealing with a mixed bag of weather,”
According to Ismail, it will start off in the form of rainfall along the eastern shores of Lake Huron around 10 p.m., moving into London and further to the south overnight between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.
“We have a bit of a break around n9 a.m. before it switches over to mixed precipitation around 2 p.m. and the chance for some snowfall is definitely there as it wraps around shifting that wind,”
Lots of sunshine is expected Friday as high pressure moves back into play.
