Country star Jordan Davis will headline the festival set for late August.
Other acts include Canadians Tenille Townes, Josh Ross, and the Washboard Union.
Earlier this week, vandals destroyed and stole electrical gear meant to power the concerts, but organizers said the show would go on regardless.
