A Sarnia youth has been charged after police searched a hockey bag and found the opposite of hockey gear.
On Wednesday, police found and arrested the 16 year old who was wanted for criminal harassment and failing to comply with probation.
According to police, at the time of arrest, the youth was found in possession of a hockey bag that contained a sawed-off Remington 870 shotgun, a heavily modified .22 calibre rifle with its serial number removed, ammunition (including shotgun slugs, rifle rounds, and empty casings), an empty bulletproof vest plate carrier and 10.6 grams of suspected fentanyl.

The youth, who cannot be identified pursuant to the Youth Criminal Justice Act and was held for bail on multiple charges.
