Middlesex OPP are investigating a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Clarke Road and Plover Mills Road that sent four people to hospital.
The collision which took place at roughly 9:00 a.m. has resulted in police closing all roads leading into the intersection.
Police say that one person suffered life-threatening injuries.
The intersection remains closed for investigation.
