Cold and below normal temperatures continue across the region through Wednesday afternoon.
“We’re dealing with wind chills anywhere from -11 to -15, we have some light flurries in the forecast through the evening, and as we head through the overnight a couple centimeters on the way,” said CTV News London Meteorologist Julie Atchison,
“For your Thursday, as an area of low pressure moves by to the south, we’ll see a week upper wave rotate through, so as a result, just a bit of a light flurry action and nothing major coming in,” she added.
There could be a little bit more in the way of snowfall in toward Lambton County as a band is expected to develop off Lake Huron Thursday afternoon.
The cold weather alert issued by Middlesex-London Health Unit has once more been extended - initially issued on Monday, it was extended on Tuesday, and today was renewed until Thursday.
