Peter White has been appointed as the new board chair for the London Airshow, replacing Jim Graham who helped remake the airshow in 2015.

One of the people who helped revive London’s airshow is leaving his post.

Jim Graham has been board chair of the Airshow London since 2015.

At that time, the future of an air show seemed in doubt, and Graham was part of an effort to rebrand and revitalize the show.

One of the key initiatives was the SkyDrive concept, which helped the airshow thrive during the pandemic.

He has been on the board since 2017 and recently retired as executive director of government relations at Western University.

“We appreciate Jim’s leadership over the past 10 years and are thrilled to welcome Peter as our new Board Chair,” said Executive Director of Airshow London, Holly Doty. “Jim will continue to support our success on the board as Past Chair while Peter’s proven dedication to the organization, combined with his strategic perspective, will help us continue to deliver a world-class aviation experience.”

The 2025 edition of the airshow will be held Sept. 5, 6, and 7.
