The Waterloo Regional Police Service is investigating a suspicious fire at a Waterloo business.
Emergency services were called to Erb Street West and Erbsville Road around 7:25 a.m. Wednesday.
Police said no one was hurt, but they are investigating the fire as a potential arson.
