A missing teen from Goderich has been found deceased.
The 16-year-old was last seen around 10:40 a.m. Friday walking near Goderich District Collegiate Institute on South Street.
He was then reported missing to Ontario Provincial Police at 1:38 p.m. and, on Saturday, officers were seen searching the Maitland Trails at Hullet Marsh.
Ontario Provincial Police said the teen was found dead on Tuesday.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and no foul play is suspected,” they explained in a media release. “The OPP would like to thank the public and media for their assistance during this investigation.”
