A 27-year-old man was taken to hospital Thursday after he was found bleeding and unconscious in Kitchener.
Waterloo Regional Police said first responders were called to the area of King Street West and Union Boulevard around 5 a.m.
While police did not go into detail about the extent of the man’s injuries, they were described as “significant” but non-life-threatening.
Police said they continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the man’s injuries and are asking anyone with information to give them a call.
