Waterloo Regional Police say they’ve arrested four people in connection to an assault investigation at Waterloo high school.

During a sporting event on Feb. 11, six males walked into Laurel Heights Secondary School and allegedly threatened and assaulted multiple students. They were not believed to be connected to the school.

One student reported minor injuries from the incident.

In an effort to identify the suspects, police subsequently shared several security images with the public.

On Monday, they confirmed the arrests of two 19-year-old men, a 23-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy.

Police said they are still trying to identify two additional suspects.
