Around $5k worth of tablets stolen from Guelph store: police

Guelph Police are looking for tips after around $5,000 worth of tablets were stolen from a store in December.

Police said two men entered a business near Stone Road West and Edinburgh Road South on Dec. 29, where police believed they used a key to unlock a display cabinet. They then took out six Samsung S9 tablets and put them in a black reusable bag with colourful polka dots before walking out of the store.

Police are looking for two suspects.

The first suspect is a man with a heavy build, with a beard. He was wearing glasses, a black jacket, grey pants, grey running shoes and a black hat.

The second suspect is a man who was wearing a black jacket, green pants and a grey winter jacket.
