14-year-old and 17-year-old charged with break-in at Guelph business

Two teens were arrested Wednesday after a break and enter was reported in downtown Guelph.

Guelph Police said it happened at unnamed businesses at Dufferin Street and George Street just before 6 p.m. Two males allegedly used a sledgehammer during the break-in. Nothing was reported stolen.

Police found and arrested the teens a short time later on Cardigan Street.

The 17-year-old from Owen Sound and 14-year-old from Guelph were both charged with break and enter.
