Lac La Biche RCMP issued a shelter-in-place order on Thursday while police searched for people associated with “multiple break-and-enters” in the area.
Officers were searching in the area of Highway 881 between Range Road 134 to the west and Range Road 130A to the east, continuing north to the lake.
The order was lifted shortly after 10:30 a.m. with police announcing two people had been arrested.
No further details have been released.
