Breathe Outdoors, formerly known as Campers' Village, is closing its three Alberta stores.
The business has been in operation since 1963.
General manager Doug Dea told CTV News Edmonton the closure comes as a result of economic pressures and the growing popularity of online shopping.
The south Edmonton location is scheduled to close on April 30, the west Edmonton location will close on June 30, and the Calgary location will close on Sept. 30, although Dea says dates are subject to change.
The closure will impact 73 staff members.
