The scene of a crash on Glenmore Trail has been cleared after affecting traffic for several hours on Tuesday morning.
Police were called to the scene of a crash on eastbound Glenmore Trail underneath the Deerfoot Trail overpass just before 10 a.m.
It is believed the driver hit the median.
The driver was taken to hospital as a precaution with minor injuries.
Police were on the scene blocking eastbound lanes for some time, but they have since reopened. City of Calgary Transportation said the scene was cleared just before noon.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
