Two arrested after drugs seized from home in Indian Brook: N.S. RCMP

Two people are facing charges after police say they seized drugs from a home in Indian Brook (Sipekne’katik), N.S.

RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Church Street on Wednesday.

During the search, police say they seized a variety of:

- prescription pills

- drug paraphernalia

- cash

Officers also arrested two people, 67-year-old Kevin Dewolfe and 36-year-old Kaylyn Brooks of Indian Brook.

Both Dewolfe and Brooks have been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

They were released on conditions and are scheduled to appear in Shubenacadie provincial court on April 28 at 9:30 a.m.
