Where is Jazzy? N.B. RCMP looking for stolen horse, saddles

Police are looking for a horse and two saddles that were stolen in Hardwicke, N.B. -- located roughly 46 kilometres east of Miramichi -- last month.

The RCMP believes the theft happened at a property on Hardwicke Road sometime overnight on Jan. 18.

Police are now releasing photos of the horse and saddles in hopes someone will recognize them.

“Jazzy” the horse is described as brown with a double “R” facing each other on his left hip. The saddles are brown with stitching details.

Anyone who was in the area and witnessed suspicious activity on Jan. 18, or anyone with information about the case, is asked to contact the Richibucto RCMP at 506-523-4611 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
