There will be lots of rain, drizzle, and fog around the Maritimes Friday night. Areas in New Brunswick will turn to a brief period of spring snow and cooler weather is expected by Sunday.

The rain will turn to a period of snow for northern and western areas of New Brunswick Friday evening and night. The snow could accumulate as much as one to five centimetres. A gusty northwest wind will develop through the day. Peak gusts of 40-to-60 km/h are expected for the Maritimes.
