Price of gas down across the Maritimes

After no change, or a drop last week, prices at the pumps in the Maritimes have fallen again.

The price of gas and diesel decreased overnight in all three Maritime provinces.

Nova Scotia

The price of regular self-serve gasoline decreased by 2.2 cents in Nova Scotia. The new minimum price in the Halifax area is 163.1 cents per litre.

Diesel prices decreased by 4.5 cents. The minimum price is now 191.4 cents per litre.

Cape Breton motorists are paying a minimum price of 165.1 cents per litre for regular self-serve gasoline and 193.4 cents per litre for diesel.

Prince Edward Island

The price of gas on P.E.I. decreased by 1.7 cents per litre overnight. The new minimum price is 173.3 cents per litre.

The minimum price of diesel decreased by 2.9 cents to a minimum price of 200.8 cents per litre.

New Brunswick

In New Brunswick, the maximum price for regular self-serve gasoline decreased by 2.2. cents to a new price of 166.9 cents per litre.

Diesel prices decreased by 1.3 cents. The new maximum price of diesel is 197.4 cents per litre.
