An elderly man who was reported missing in Nova Scotia’s Digby County has been found dead.

Keith Bromley, 94, was last seen alive on Riverside Road in New Edinburgh, N.S., at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. He was reported missing that day.

Police confirmed Wednesday afternoon that Bromley’s body has been found, though they didn’t say where.

His death is not considered suspicious.

Clare Ground Search and Rescue and the Department of Natural Resources and Renewables assisted police in the search for Bromley.

No other details have been released.

“Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this difficult time,” said the RCMP in a statement.
